This flower is "dent de lleó" (dandelion in English, but the translation is "Lion's tooth"). There are a lot of them around home these days. People say that you must make a wish and blow and if you can make fly all the white seeds, your wish will come true.

Actually it's called "dent-de-lion" in French... Maybe some french-speaking guy did the English translation?
